PharmEnable are delighted to welcome Dr James Dale as Director of Drug Discovery.
Dr Dale has over 18 years of experience in research and drug discovery, focusing on identifying and delivering novel therapeutics. He earned a PhD in synthetic organic chemistry and has expertise in synthetic and medicinal chemistry. With a strong track record of publications, Dr Dale has extensive knowledge of the drug discovery process, from hit evaluation through candidate selection and pre-clinical toxicology.
Dr Dale said: “PharmEnable’s platform combines AI techniques and diversity-generating methodologies in a unique approach to generate innovative molecules. I am excited to join PharmEnable as Director of Drug Discovery and develop a pipeline of novel drugs against challenging targets.”
He will play a significant role in driving the direction of the business, taking responsibility for driving the small molecule drug discovery strategy at PharmEnable. Dr Dale has a strong track record of innovation and extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams to successfully generate pipelines of medicines, across a variety of therapeutic areas and targets.
